The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

- Strongly proficient in scheduling, recording maintenance activities, defects, inspections, work orders, compliance and reporting
- Excellent ability to lead and work collaboratively as a team member, effectively liaising with the wider service team and management
- Physically able, with good health and reliability
The preferred skills, experience and qualifications for this role would be an advantage but not essential:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the HVAC industry
- Knowledge of IQP inspections and requirements
- Experience with SIMPRO or relevant online PPM management software/systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry Health and Safety procedures and practices
- Site Safe Passport, EST, Heights and EWP certification.
We offer a supportive work environment with competitive remuneration ranging between $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience. The position includes a vehicle, allowances, phone contract, uniform, and on job training.
Applicants for this position must have a current clean NZ Driver’s License, pass the Ministry of Justice Vetting process and Defence Security Clearance, and be a NZ resident or hold a valid NZ work visa.
